It is possible to pay with: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay Online. We do not take card fees. The amount will only be raised on your card when the item is shipped.

Delivery options include Postnord / DAO parcel shop and private delivery. The price for the different delivery methods is clearly stated in the payment process. We only deliver to Denmark & Sweden. Packages will be shipped on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, the packages will be dispatched on the first coming weekday.
Expected delivery time: 2-7 business days.

As a consumer you have 14 days cancelation period on our shop. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know if you want to return your order. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and it is you who is liable if any damage occurs during transport. No right of withdrawal. These agreements cannot be undone: Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have a distinct personal touch, such as autograph on the packaging. Send your return items to:

The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases you might only recover the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the product.

Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, do not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), within 14 days of the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation to have it returned.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchases. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months. Please contact us before shipping. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, tel. and email address. We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you. The personal data is registered with Lenina Coleman and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
